I went for a consultation because I was planning to get revision double-eyelid surgery. There were way too many people waiting compared to other places. The wait was long, but the doctor’s consultation was thorough, so that part was good, but this was the only place that recommended an incision, so I’m thinking about it.... And the manager talked more than the doctor did. It felt like the doctor and manager had switched roles

The director and the surgeon's consultation were both so, so, so good. If it were up to me, I would have wanted to have surgery right away because they explained everything so carefully, one by one, and even drew several different lines…
