I booked a Saturday appointment because I am a office worker, and I went. I had taken photos, had a consultation with the manager, and was waiting. Honestly, 20 to 30 minutes of delay is something I can accept because that happens at any plastic surgery clinic. I can wait, but then suddenly the manager came and said that because of the director's surgery, I would have to wait for two hours or something like that. I had already been waiting a long time... I had made a reservation and came, so I did not understand why I had to wait. I also had to go down to another province because of plans later, and I had already booked the train. When I protested, the manager said they would check and tell me again, but they never came back. While I was waiting and went to the desk to ask, the staff looked stern and asked, "What is your name?" ... Every time I went to ask twice, they only asked for my name. I have had consultations at many places, but this was the first time I have seen such a wait.
