After booking a consultation and visiting, the process goes in this order: consultant (or consultation staff when there are many people waiting) -> doctor -> consultant, and the consultation staff gives an overall explanation about the surgery. Since it was an eye consultation, I was guided through widening, the line, the procedure method, and so on, then I talked about the direction I wanted and moved forward. The doctor consultation was less than 5 minutes, but they answered my questions kindly and marked the line several times. Rather than telling me what would or wouldn't work depending on my face shape or eye condition, they mostly explained things in a way that would let me proceed in the direction I wanted. The price was not expensive, and the atmosphere was comfortable, without pushing procedures on me.
