I went for a consultation because of a second eye surgery revision! Even though I went on a weekday... I waited for about two hours That part was really disappointing. But while I was waiting, the manager and staff came by two or three times? and kept saying they were sorry and to please wait just a little longer and I would be able to see the director. When I finally saw the director, he also apologized for making me wait so long, and everyone was kind!
