First of all, it is really hard to get an outpatient appointment at this hospital~ The hospital chat replies are incredibly slow!! I struggled to make a reservation and went there T_T Consultation with the manager -> She first asked what I was worried about regarding my nose, and carefully wrote down everything I said on the chart~ As for the surgical method, she did not directly explain what would be better, only the basics. Finally she asked about the everyday discomfort I have with my nose (back of chart -> whether I feel a sharp sensation in the nose / whether my nose gets blocked often / whether breathing is easy / whether I have allergies, etc., checked on a 1-to-5 scale / there is also a box to check for deviated septum). I asked to see similar cases (before-and-after photos), but she said there are many customers who had the same surgical method and the satisfaction rate is very high, but there are no photos yet. That lowered my trust... I need to see the effect with my own eyes.... Consultation with the surgeon -> The coordinator cleaned all the tools needed for the nose consultation (cotton swabs, forceps, etc.), the desk, and even the monitor with alcohol wipes. (My favorability went up at this point.) The surgeon looked young, and after checking the chart, I liked that he said I did not need to force unnecessary implants or osteotomy of the nose bridge. He brought up photos taken in the operating room on the monitor right away (front and side views) and drew out how the nose line would look after surgery while explaining it. I said I wanted a half-curve line, but he is the type to say what cannot be done cannot be done, so he said a half-curve is not possible because the nostrils would show too much. He listed the necessary procedures and went over them several times before leaving.
