The kindness rating is still in the 3-point range, so they probably need to change their consultation style. Forcing a deposit and pushing people does not work on the younger generation these days. They are good at natural-looking eye surgery. They must be confident, since they used a photo with closed eyes as a promotional photo; I saw that and chose surgery there. There are many people waiting, and the line exposes surgery patients directly to waiting customers.
