First of all, it's a one-doctor clinic, and I heard they only do one surgery per day, so that made me feel reassured. They recommended a canthoplasty along with the nose surgery, and they said they usually do not recommend procedures other than what the patient wants, but in my case it seemed to be an unusual one. I was recommended 4.5 mm silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage for the tip. It seemed like they do not especially like using ear cartilage. The consultation was kind, and they did a CT scan first. I had a fairly long consultation with the director, and they explained everything in great detail. I am still deciding whether to have the surgery.
