I arrived about 5 minutes later than my consultation appointment time, but the consultation moved quickly, which was nice. Both the consultation manager and the doctor were kind. The doctor explained things step by step using the CT X-ray. As a patient, it was very easy to understand because they explained each part and how the surgery would be done. They said there would be a discount if I booked on the same day. I'm still thinking about whether to have the surgery.
