This is the first time I have seen a director explain things so thoroughly after a CT scan. They seem meticulous and attentive. Even without me saying anything, they understood the problems with my nose well. I feel trust and a strong sense that they would take responsibility. It seems good that they only do one surgery a day and also have long pre-op consultations.
