I felt like they were aiming for a slightly slimmer look. I was worried from reading the review posts that they might be very curt, but it wasn't that bad and they were appropriately kind. But they seemed to really hate it when I objected or talked back a little, so it didn't suit me, and I had surgery somewhere else!
