Because he pursues naturalness as much as possible during surgery, if there is no compromise with the patient (for example: asking to look like some celebrity), I think he would tell you to go find another clinic. As a consult patient, I understood it as him focusing on improving what you already have rather than doing anything overly flashy. He doesn't explain things using celebrity photos, but instead uses photos of cases he himself operated on as examples and explains cases similar to the consult patient, so I thought it was realistic. When I went for a consultation, he said the surgery would not drastically change my face, but would be more like, “Oh? You look a bit prettier.” Since he gives the image of being a doctor who specializes in nose surgery and is a bit unfriendly when explaining things, but I could still feel the effort to explain in a way the patient could understand, I thought he was generally okay. However, the staff member talked to me in a way that felt like she was treating me like a younger kid, maybe because I am young, and that bothered me, but overall there was no pressure to have surgery or unnecessary material recommendations.
