My nose is generally on the low side.. and because it is a bulbous nose, my face also looks rounder, so I had been worrying about nose surgery for a long time. I was wary of silicone, so I was looking into surgery without an implant. They asked what kind of nose I wanted, and explained in detail the surgical direction and what nose shape would suit my face, in a slow, easy-to-understand way, which I liked. The coordinator was kind too, and there was no pushy pressure, so I felt comfortable throughout the consultation.
