This was a place I recently went to for a consultation, recommended by a friend who had also gone around consulting for eye revision surgery, though her case was different. What stood out most here was that one front desk staff member was really kind. Whether when booking the consultation or checking the chart, they explained things calmly and well, and even let me know in advance that there would be a wait. So I think I was able to end both the beginning and the end on a good note. Even for the consultation itself, which I consider most important, they explained things in an easy-to-understand way, which I liked.
