The director explained well how the crooked nose should be reinforced. They also recommended nostril reduction, but told the other person I consulted with that it probably wasn't necessary, so I didn't get the feeling they were pushing unnecessary procedures. I went to five places, and this was the only one that looked at the nostril shape and explained it.
