Among the places I went for consultations, many mentioned costal cartilage, but here they said it could be done with only the septal cartilage and ear cartilage! I liked that they wanted to do only the necessary parts without being excessive, and they tried their best to match my needs. They said aftercare would also be handled directly by the director, so there would be almost no scar left. But compared with the director, the manager was really kind. They knew the surgery method well and explained the consultation in great detail. Still, what was disappointing was that the consultation manager handled the overall explanation while the director seemed to only receive the information, so it was hard to feel fully confident about the surgery.
