The director wasn't exactly kind, but he wasn't bad either; he was just cool. He said he would take full responsibility all the way through post-op care, which made me trust him a little. But he said a lot of the septum would need to be removed, so I hesitated. I wanted to do it here, but I'm still thinking about it.
