This was about 3 years ago, before the hospital changed its name. I went in for a herbal peel because I heard it was good for improving acne scars. The consultation was handled by the managers(?) first, which I did not like, and the doctor’s consultation seemed difficult to get. Since the herbal peel is not surgery, I just went ahead with it, and it hurt a lot, like rubbing my skin with a scrubber. From day 2 my skin felt smooth, which was nice, but once the peeling started, inflammation-type acne suddenly broke out all over my face and it was a mess. When I called for advice, they said to wait a few days, and after that they said I would have to come in person. They were cold from the consultation stage too, but I was a college student and had no strength to argue alone, so I just went through depression and later got treatment for my skin at another clinic. I never want to go back to that dermatology clinic.
