The staff were kind. I haven't talked with the doctor, so I don't know, but they created a comfortable atmosphere. I've had laser here twice now, and I think if I do it 5 more times, the underarm hair will be permanently removed. There were a lot of people, but the wait wasn't long, so I thought it was okay.
