I got filler for super cheap, but the tunnel effect is really bad and it settled in all lumpy. When I take photos, there are two lines on my forehead like I'm frowning hard. For forehead filler, I think the answer is to go to a place that does it well. My forehead looks better than before, but I'm unhappy with the shape, and it's not flat enough to add more with a touch-up, so it's awkward. You get what you pay for.
