The place I had the procedure done at was the Dongseongno branch, not the Daegu branch. I had eyebrow tattoo removal. It was boiling hot, but they gave me ointment to apply without even providing a cold compress, and then made me wait forever. I had to go to a convenience store and buy ice to cool it myself. I thought my eyebrows were going to burn off. It has been over two months now and it is still visibly red. Sigh.
