I am currently getting laser hair removal for the underarms + philtrum and arms/legs. The effect and the laser hair removal machine are good, but it feels like the procedure is done carelessly. I got the impression that they were not meticulous. The consultation was not very helpful either, and overall it felt unfriendly. Still, the machine and treatment effect seem to be good.
