I had been stressed for a while because of my 3-line forehead, so I looked into several dermatology clinics in Daegu. This place was the cheapest, so I applied at the event price (the event price is 70,000 won, but they always seem to be running events here, so the price is probably the same..?) It's a factory-style dermatology clinic, and even though it was a weekday afternoon, there were a lot of people. The staff at the front desk explained several precautions, had me sign the consent forms, and told me to wait a bit, so I did. After about 5-10 minutes, they called me to the hair-removal waiting room, where I waited again. They put a headband on me and put white tape on my forehead and scalp, except for the areas I had shaved myself (because no design work was done, I had to shave those parts myself a day or two before.. waxing wasn't allowed, I had to shave). Then I went into the treatment room. At first the desk staff asked if it was okay for the male doctor to go in because the female doctor was busy, and I said it was fine, but then the female doctor came in. It was my first time having laser hair removal, so I was trembling with fear, and the doctor asked if it was my first time, then blew cold air on me and told me it would feel like a slight sting. But it really didn't hurt at all. Maybe because of the cooling function, it was only slightly more painful than someone poking you with a fingernail. After what they said was 4 or 5 shots, it was over, and I came out like, huh..? The doctor looked really busy... Since it's only my first session, I don't know the effect yet, but it makes me laugh to look at the prickly shaved area.. lol But if I go around with bangs down, it won't show at all. That's how it is for me.
