Last November I had a thread nose lift here, and I still seriously regret it so much. First, during the consultation I never saw the doctor. The chief consultant showed before-and-after photos and the results looked really dramatic and good. They said it would be discounted if I wrote a review on Babitalk, so it came to 550,000 won.. But after the thread-lift procedure, the thread had gone in crooked in my nose. Since I was lying down during the procedure, I thought that might have happened because of the position. When I told them the next day that it was crooked, they said I could come in and they would look at it again. So I was anesthetized and had the procedure done again.. but it was still crooked. It had already gone in crooked from the start. The thread knot had even clumped up on the bridge of my nose, making a hump... And the biggest harm was that I already had filler, and they suggested dissolving all of it, so I did.. even though it was perfectly fine. But as it dissolved, my nose became uneven. Then the thread went in crooked over the uneven area, so my whole nose looked crooked. T_T It felt like such a failure... Later, maybe because some of the thread had dissolved too, the bridge became hump-like and looked crooked, so when I mentioned it, they did a filler procedure to fill it in.. I really liked how they acknowledged the parts I disliked and the parts that had not gone well and adjusted them as much as possible, but I think this happened because during consultation the non-medically trained consultant just mechanically pushed thread nose lift + dissolving the existing filler.. I do not know about other people, but I was truly so upset, and even now some thread remains and I can feel a lump of it on the bridge of my nose.. I never want to do it again. And honestly, the idea of lifting and fixing the tip of the nose with thread is impossible from the start lol. Then why would people even get surgery? Anyway, my first-ever thread nose lift was a failure....
