I applied for an event through the app instead of going to the hospital first, and had a KakaoTalk consultation. When arranging the appointment time, I said my schedule was uncertain and I did not know the exact date, but they said they needed me to book it for now and then change it in order to qualify for the event price. But when I tried to change or cancel the time, their replies came a day late, or they did not reply at all.
