I visited for a mini lift consultation, but the wait was long. Still, staff came by in between and said they were sorry for the long wait and that there were only a few people ahead of me, so it was fine. During the consultation with the manager, the explanation of the mini lift felt too exaggerated, so my trust dropped a bit. If I wanted the event price, they said I had to put down a 50,000 won deposit, and if I ended up not having surgery, I should at least get Botox later, so when I said I needed to think about it more, that was the end of it. After the consultation with the manager, I did not get a consultation with the doctor lol. This was my first time experiencing that. When I asked whether consultation with the doctor happens before surgery, they said, “Of course, the patient checks the face and then the surgery is done before surgery.” I felt like I had waited almost an hour just to talk to a non-medical staff member. It was not great. No matter how many visitors there are, I think the doctor should see the patient’s face and explain things accurately.
