Absolutely the worst of the worst. First of all, it's a pure factory-style clinic. 1. I went after seeing an ad on Baritalk, and they acted like they were making a special exception by not taking the post down. 2. They pressured me for a deposit at a legendary level, saying if I didn't pay and leave today, they would never give me this price. 3. The doctor's previous hospital experience wasn't listed, and I don't even know whether he's a board-certified plastic surgeon. The consultation was sloppy (it was over in 3 minutes, so the surgery probably wouldn't follow the design I wanted, and I ended up putting down a deposit on impulse, then canceling). 4. When I tried to get the deposit back, some person who wasn't my assigned consultant answered the phone and kept interrogating me, asking what I didn't like, which other hospital I was going to, obsessing over it and even asking the name of the other hospital where I booked surgery. 5. The way they clearly showed that they didn't like refunding the deposit was legendary. 6. They didn't refund it right away, but dragged it out. The hospital told me to call the consultant, so I did, and the consultant said a bit rudely that I had called the mobile number written on her business card; if that's the case, why even write her number there? Don't be tempted by the low price. I hope at least one person doesn't go to this hospital.
