The doctor was kind and gentle during the procedure, and seemed to take skin type into account? The consultant was also decent, but the front-desk staff were a bit weird. I did not hear my name being called, so when I could not respond, they treated me a bit irritably? I was not given separate locker instructions, so I had to get them from the person applying the anesthetic cream. I paid through the app, and on the way to the hospital it was canceled, which was baffling, but they handled it somehow. The front-desk staff acted like they did not know, but hmm.. I do not think payment would just get canceled by itself.. Still, I was satisfied because I got pico laser cheaply.
