The reservation system was a mess.. There was no proper booking system, so even if I made a reservation and went, they said the surgery schedule was full that day and I could not do it.. Even though I had clearly reserved, they kept pushing responsibility onto each other and changing their story, saying there was a separate person in charge, that person was off today, or they did not know. It was my first time experiencing something like this, so I was extremely flustered and felt awful. The event price and the actual price were also very different, and when I asked, they said that was different and this was different. One person does both hair transplantation and plastic surgery, so even making the reservation and going for surgery can change back and forth, and even on the day itself it may end up different, so everyone should go in with low expectations.
