This is a place a lot of people in Cheongju go to, so I heard about it everywhere and just went ahead without checking much. I had surgery a long time ago. Even back then the building was rather old, but it did not really bother me. I was told I had an epicanthic fold, so I got inner corner surgery and full incision, but the inner corner surgery is a little disappointing T_T
