It definitely felt like they had accumulated a lot of data because they have a lot of surgery experience. They explained in detail what happens after surgery and how the surgery is performed. But if you ask questions, they react quite sensitively. The doctor said my nasolabial folds could change after surgery, so I asked the consultation manager whether they could tell me, even approximately, based on the experiences of people who had the surgery already, how they would change exactly. Suddenly she stormed out of the consultation room and arranged for me to have another consultation with the doctor. I feel like I even have to watch my step when asking about my own surgery results.
