After removing a mole, skin grew up in the scar as a side effect and it bulged out. I had a removal surgery. It's only been a month, so it's still red. They said it will return to skin color after a year, so I'm taking care of it. The surgery took about 5 minutes. There were a lot of recommendations, so I went there from far away, and I'm fairly satisfied. I'll upload a photo when the color returns.
