I didn’t go through with the procedure because they advised against it, but the explanation was thorough and the staff were kind. The facility was just so-so... Since it was on my hand, they honestly told me that even if I had surgery, the scar would likely form again, so I was disappointed but felt good about their honesty. If I ever need scar treatment, I’d go back.
