Did I even talk with the director for 5 minutes? It was way, way too short. It also felt like they were trying to rush me out and were just half-heartedly going through the consultation. But I was satisfied with the surgery. There was a bit of scarring, but that was something they had said in advance could happen... Still, the price is very expensive T_T
