I went in for a nose surgery consultation. First they took photos from multiple angles, then I met with the director. They displayed my photos and explained everything while drawing directly on them! After that I talked with the consultation manager, and I felt reassured when they said they handle aftercare first and will take responsibility right away if there is inflammation. I also trusted them because the director only sees two patients a day and does not overoperate. They said they are the type to work carefully on one person at a time, and even during my consultation the director's surgery ran late, so my consultation time was pushed back 30 minutes! The consultation manager explained everything carefully and answered all my questions well.
