I ended up paying after going through only the counseling manager, without a consultation with the director. During the 10 sessions, I did not see any effect at all, and I barely spoke with the director, so I do not know whether they were kind or not; The skin treatment doctor was so kind and easygoing that I kept going because of that. I do not think I would go there a second time.
