At first I only had a consultation with the consultation manager, and it wasn't bad, but somehow they felt a bit unfriendly and yet also kind. With the surgeon, it was really just a 5-minute consultation, then photos, then another consultation, and I'm not really sure why they took photos. The surgeon only does two surgeries a day and the surgery time is long, so if you want to book surgery, it seems like you'd need to make the reservation at least 3 weeks in advance.
