I wanted to have surgery all at once, so I had three procedures done at the same time, but in the end I was dissatisfied with all of them and am now considering re-consultation and revision surgery.. The lower canthoplasty ended up asymmetric, so I needed revision surgery, and the under-eye fat repositioning also left only one side remaining.. The revision rhinoplasty showed almost no change and left only scars, so I spoke with the director several times, but he kept to his own position and nothing I said got through at all... The consultation manager only sympathized with me and seemed to have virtually no plastic surgery knowledge T_T
