I went in for nostril reduction, but the consultation manager also suggested lip filler, and the doctor recommended doing the nose itself and even suggested other procedures too. It wasn't forced, so it wasn't really a problem. Still, once they started talking about the nose when I was thinking about nostril reduction, I ended up choosing another clinic instead.
