The consultation manager was kind, but I felt a bit put off by the front desk staff's response. I don't know if the doctor was just really busy or what, but during the postoperative follow-up process, they seemed to want to get up and leave so quickly that I never got to ask all the questions I had prepared, and I still don't really understand the surgical progress. For now, I feel a bit uneasy about it.
