They looked at my face overall and talked about how the surgery should be done I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, but they said it could be done using only the septum without using ear cartilage They also recommended raising the bridge, but that was something I had not been considering, and other hospitals did not recommend it, so I am torn The manager was also kind and explained things clearly, and the consultation experience itself was not bad I want the nose shape to be as natural as possible I am also considering sinus surgery at the same time, so I am leaning a bit toward this place
