The consultation goes in the order of doctor first, then manager, and they consider the overall harmony of the face. Rather than having a fixed answer, they listen carefully to the patient's opinions more than other hospitals, so I recommend going in with some idea of the direction you want. The doctor's consultation took about 20 minutes. Even though he looked busy, I liked that he was thorough. It's a bit presumptuous to say, but I think the doctor's aesthetic sense(?) is quite good.
