I liked that I had a consultation with the director first and then with the coordinator. Taking photos and editing them to show me what it would look like also felt more tangible than virtual surgery, which I liked. I was worried about my nasal tip looking lifted from the front, so I consulted about lowering the alar rim. I liked the idea of lowering the cartilage angle to make it, but they said alar base elevation would also be necessary... That was the scariest part. They said with alar reduction too, if done wrong it could end up completely asymmetrical and the position could change, and if I didn't do it I wouldn't get a big effect, which made me hesitate... Also, my philtrum looks long and that's bothering me, but I couldn't choose it because I was afraid it would look even longer. Still, the director had many years of experience and explained everything really thoroughly, which I liked.
