Rather than thinking about harmony, It felt like they were really focusing on just the nose shape alone. The doctor was soft-spoken, but not in a kind, warm way. And it seems they really prefer a very natural look. I expected a lot because all the aftercare reviews were good, but it seems like they don't consider the overall balance.
