The director answered faithfully to what I asked first, and was calm and serious. But he looked a bit tired. It feels like he wants to do what I want. Other hospitals have their own standards of beauty, but here it feels like they try to match you as much as possible while keeping it natural? Still, there are a few bad reviews, so I'm conflicted.
