They handled the consultation kindly. I said I only wanted buried stitches, but they also recommended incision and front canthoplasty and explained the pros and cons. The consultation manager was also very kind, and there was absolutely no pressure to leave a deposit. They even showed me the anesthesia injection themselves and reassured me that I didn't need to worry about pain.
