The manager strongly encouraged me to make a reservation. It wasn't coercive. They weren't rude, but it felt like it was uncertain whether they'd keep treating customers with that same tone even if the result turned out badly. The facilities were decent to ordinary. They kind of felt like a neighborhood internal medicine clinic? Overall, they were kept clean, and I liked that the building offered valet parking
