Compared to other hospitals, the waiting time was short so I could get the consultation quickly. At first, they kindly and calmly explained the surgery method and recommended incision, epicanthoplasty, and eye correction. When I asked because I wanted to know about partial incision, they suddenly changed completely, ended the consultation, and told me to leave, so I had to leave the consultation room. I was stunned and embarrassed because I couldn't believe what was happening, and the manager who was in the room with me was also flustered and apologized on my behalf. I was embarrassed and offended, but since I had gone all that way and back in four hours, I stayed and got an answer about partial incision from the manager before leaving. It was a consultation that felt like a waste of the 10,000 won fee and the time spent going there and back.
