I went for a consultation because I wanted something realistic and to hear a no-nonsense critique, but they weren't as unfriendly as I expected. I actually liked that they explained things in detail. But rather than seeming like they were really trying to listen to my story, I felt like they were consulting with me with this mindset: /I can tell at a glance what kind of case you are. I know what you're trying to say./ I was also worried a lot about the height, but they said not to worry about that and that they would make it suit me on their own, something like that. They seemed to have expertise.
