I had revision surgery for double chin reduction. I only met the doctor briefly and booked the surgery, so I was honestly worried, but I still read the blog posts carefully and felt there was nowhere better than here, so I went ahead. Right after the first surgery, I honestly could not feel much of a change to the point that I wondered, "Did it fail again?" After about 3 months, my jaw definitely became slimmer. In my case, I went because my chin was recessed more than I had extra chin fat, and when I first decided on surgery, I was told I might not see a big effect, so I did not have high expectations. I am very satisfied now. The only downside is that a large scar remained on my chin and it will not go away I applied scar ointment diligently, but it still will not go away
