Nose Surgery review at Sein (세인) · 2019-05-27

I had double eyelid surgery 8 years ago, but when people looked at me, they could tell I’d had surgery not long ago because the crease was so deeply fixed and obvious. As for my nose, I had a primary surgery that went wrong, so I had a second surgery at the same hospital. My nasal tip ended up extremely upturned, then contracture occurred later and the silicone started poking through. After removing the implant and getting by with nose filler for a while, my nasal tip shape had become a mess. During the second surgery, costal cartilage was used, and before the third surgery I worried a lot that there might not be any cartilage left to use. But after meeting Dr. Hwang, I felt much less worried. Apparently the doctor usually doesn’t recommend costal cartilage to patients unless there is still cartilage left that can be used, and said that even if it is costal cartilage, it doesn’t guarantee there won’t be tip upturning or drooping. I had the revision surgery using only the remaining septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I had my nose done last December and my eyes done at the end of March this year. Both surgeries turned out so well that I’m living now hearing that I’m pretty. He is truly a benefactor in my life. The surgery price was also relatively affordable compared with other clinics. I’m not a broker. This place doesn’t seem to do much advertising either. So before my first surgery, when I was looking into it, I had so little information that I worried a lot, but these days when I look in open chat groups about plastic surgery, there are many people who had surgery here and it turned out well, so we share information. The hospital I had surgery at before was the kind where even the consultation was rushed and the nurses handled the treatment, but here the doctor personally did everything, even the nose cast and bandage, and they also pay a lot of attention to aftercare.
